How It Works
- Assemble & Sterilize: Detach and wash or steam all parts (flanges, valves, connectors, tubing & bottles) for 5 minutes; snap together the Unimom Opera double breast shields, tubing, and 180 ml collection bottles.
- Charge: Plug the pump into the 14 V/2 A AC adapter or use the built-in battery charger; charge until the LCD indicator shows full (≈2 hours).
- Connect & Fit: Attach tubing to each motor unit and flange; choose the correct flange size (24 or 28 mm) and position shields on your breasts for a secure, leak-proof seal.
- Power & Customize: Press the touch-screen Power button, then select your mode (Massage for let-down or Expression for flow) and one of 9 vacuum levels & cycle speeds—independently for left and right or via preset memory slots.
- Pump & Store: Start in your chosen mode (Single-L, Single-R, Alternate or Synchronous); pump up to 30 minutes (auto shut-off) or longer on AC, then transfer milk directly into Unimom storage bags with the Pump-and-Store feature.
