Foremost, thank you for choosing Baby Pavilion. While we take great pride in our service and hope you are pleased with the items you’ve received, we recognize that returns may be necessary. If that is the case, our goal is to make the process as easy as possible for you. 

Please note... breast pumps, breast pump accessories and apparel items are personal hygiene items and may not be returned without meeting the following criteria:

1. All items must be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date. 
2. All items must be new and unopened with the manufacturer’s factory seal still intact.
3. All returns/exchanges must be authorized in advance by Baby Pavilion. Simply call us at 1-800-616-7860.
4. Unless it was a mistake by us, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. All items will be inspected upon return to determine if they meet the above criteria.
6. If the returned/exchanged item does not meet the above criteria (opened, broken, damaged, etc.), a refund/exchange will not be issued.

    All items that do not meet quality standards will be destroyed by our team and not returned to the customer.
