How does Willow Sync work?
Sync is a fully in-bra wearable pump with a single internal motor that powers both cups, allowing single or double pumping. Suction is evenly distributed via tubing and can be customized to your preference.
What is the difference between Willow Go, 360, and Sync?
Willow Go offers comfort and optimal milk output with a longer flange tunnel, internal circular motor, hospital-grade suction, and tug-and-release pattern.
Willow 360 is 100% leakproof, allows pumping in any position, and has Apple Watch connectivity for active moms.
Willow Sync is insurance-only, inspired by Willow Go, with one motor and tubing connecting the pump to the pump cup. All pumps connect to the Willow app for resources and tracking.
What is the capacity of the Willow Sync?

Does Willow Sync have a warranty?
Yes. Sync is covered under a 12-month warranty from the purchase date. Accessories, including flanges, containers, gaskets, and valves, are covered under a 90-day warranty.
Can I single pump with Willow Sync?
Yes. To single pump, close the tubing port on the pump. To double pump, connect the pump to the pump cup via tubing. Suction can be controlled on both sides.
What is the difference between the Pump and Pump Cup?
The Pump contains the motor, controls, and container. The Pump Cup includes the receiver and container but has no controls. The Pump Cup connects to the Pump via tubing.
Is there a difference in suction between the Pump and Pump Cup?
No. Suction is the same on both, provided all parts are assembled correctly.
What do I do if I’m not getting suction?
Ensure the duckbill is fully sealed, tubing is fully connected and dry, and all parts are assembled correctly. Refer to the Quick Start Guide.
What do I do if the container leaks?
Check that the cup is assembled firmly as per the Quick Start Guide or Instructions for Use.
How do I clean my Willow Sync?
Motor, receiver, and tubing are non-washable. Clean them using disinfectant wipes. Always consult the Instructions for Use for proper cleaning guidelines.
Can I cut the tubing if it’s too long?
Yes. Remove tubing connectors and cut to desired length, but not shorter than 8 inches. Reattach tubing connectors after cutting.
